Information we use
We use your email address, display name, account identifiers and information supplied by your sign-in provider to create and secure your account. This may include a profile image. We do not receive your Apple or Google password.
We store predictions, results, points, league memberships, league content, chat messages, reactions and reports to provide the app. We use notification preferences and push tokens to deliver notifications. Support correspondence helps us respond to requests. Technical request and security records help us diagnose problems and protect the service.
Why we use information
We use information to operate accounts, settle predictions, show rankings, provide leagues and chat, deliver notifications, respond to support requests and prevent misuse. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, core service processing is necessary to perform our agreement with you. Proportionate security and misuse prevention serve our legitimate interests. We also process information to meet legal obligations and seek consent where required. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
What other people can see
League members can see content shared with their league, including messages and reactions. Your display name, profile image, statistics and badges are available through public profile views. Locked prediction details stay hidden until kickoff. Authorised moderators can review reported content. The reporting interface does not identify the reporter to the reported sender. Other members may retain copies of content they have seen, so do not share unnecessary private information.
Service providers and international processing
Cloudflare provides hosting and data services, Resend delivers email, and Expo supports push delivery through Apple and Google platform services. Apple and Google also support their respective sign-in methods. Providers receive information needed for those services. Sportmonks supplies football data; your league chat is not needed to obtain fixture data.
These providers may process information outside Nigeria or your country of residence. Contact us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your account. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention and account deletion
We retain account and service information while needed to operate your account and the competitions you participate in. Retention also depends on unresolved support or safety matters and applicable legal obligations; not every record has an automatic expiry.
You can request deletion in You → Settings → Delete account. This removes account contact details, sessions, memberships, messages, reactions and notification tokens from active account records. Settled predictions remain linked to a residual internal identifier to preserve competition history. Those records do not currently have an automatic expiry, and we do not describe them as fully anonymous.
Deletion does not necessarily immediately remove every technical record, backup or copy held by another member. Contact us if you need an explanation of retained information or want to exercise your deletion rights beyond the in-app process.
Your choices and rights
Manage notification preferences in Settings, and device permissions in your operating system. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, or object to processing. Contact contact@fulltime.gg. We may verify your identity before acting. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or the relevant data-protection authority where you live.
Closed-beta age policy
The closed beta is limited to people aged 18 or older. If you believe someone under 18 is participating, contact us. The age policy for a future public release may differ.
