Email contact@fulltime.gg for help with your account, predictions or league. Include your app version, device model and the steps that caused the problem. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or authentication tokens.
Report a message
Open league chat, choose Report on the message and select a reason. For urgent concerns or a problem with moderation, contact support. Include only the details needed to investigate. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Delete your account
Open You → Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot sign in, email support from your account email. We may need to verify ownership. Our app privacy notice explains retained information, including settled competition records.
Beta feedback
The closed beta is limited to people aged 18 or older. Use TestFlight feedback or email support. Screenshots and reproduction steps help; hide unrelated private messages and personal information before sending them.
Results and rankings
Football results can be delayed or corrected. Include the fixture and prediction when reporting a problem. Points have no monetary value.
