Who operates FullTime
FullTime is a product operated by Vine Consolidated Limited, incorporated in Nigeria, registration number 7207240. Our registered office is 17, Yinusa Adeniji Street, Ikeja, Nigeria. Contact contact@fulltime.gg about your data.
This notice covers the FullTime app, public website, daily trivia, and legacy launch waitlist records.
Account and service information
We use your email address, first and last name, username, profile image, account identifiers, password security record, and verification state to create and secure your account. We never store your password as readable text.
We store predictions, results, points, league memberships, league content, chat messages, reactions and reports to provide the service. Notification preferences and push tokens help us send requested notifications. Support correspondence and limited technical records help us respond to requests, diagnose problems, and prevent misuse.
Why we use information
We use information to operate accounts, settle predictions, show rankings, provide leagues and chat, deliver notifications, respond to support requests, and protect the service. We process core service information to perform our agreement with you. We use proportionate security records for our legitimate interests and meet legal obligations where required. We seek consent where required. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
What other people can see
League members can see content shared with their league, including messages and reactions. Your username, profile image, statistics, and badges may appear in public profile views. Locked prediction details stay hidden until kickoff. Authorised moderators can review reported content. The reporting interface does not identify the reporter to the reported sender. Other members may retain copies of content they have seen, so do not share unnecessary private information.
Website and legacy waitlist information
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the version of this notice you accepted, and the time and source of your signup. We send a confirmation link to make sure the mailbox owner requested it.
Cloudflare processes short-lived technical information to protect the form from automated abuse. We do not intentionally keep your IP address or browser user-agent in the waitlist record.
How we use legacy waitlist information
We use your email to confirm your place and tell you when FullTime becomes available. We do not sell your address or add it to unrelated marketing lists.
Daily trivia
Daily trivia stores your chosen display name, answers, score, streak, and a signed anonymous player token in a first-party cookie. FullTime verifies that token and stores its random player identifier, your chosen name, completed score, and completion date for the global leaderboard. It does not send or store your individual answers.
You do not need an email address or password to play. After a completed score reaches the global table, you may optionally provide an email address to join the FullTime launch waitlist and receive up to three trivia reminders a week. We ask you to confirm that mailbox first, store your timezone so reminders arrive at a sensible local time, and skip the reminder when you have already played that day.
Clearing the FullTime trivia cookie, using another browser, or using another device creates a new anonymous score record. Trivia reminder emails may include your chosen display name and a dated leaderboard position, but never your individual answers or an unlabelled live question.
Service providers and international processing
Netlify delivers the public website. Cloudflare protects and processes waitlist submissions and trivia results, which are stored in FullTime's Cloudflare D1 database. Resend delivers confirmation and reminder emails. These providers process data on FullTime's instructions to deliver and secure the service.
Expo supports push delivery through Apple and Google platform services. Sportmonks supplies football data; your account, predictions, and league chat are not needed to obtain fixture data. Service providers may process information outside Nigeria or your country of residence. Contact us for information about providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your account. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookie consent
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous traffic and performance measurements. Optional cookies allow Google Analytics 4 to help us understand visits, registration and verification outcomes, fixture and prediction usage, league actions, chat connection health, reminders, search result usage, and page performance. Google Analytics stays off unless you allow it. We never send email addresses, names, usernames, passwords, verification tokens, search terms, prediction scores, or chat messages to either service.
You can change your cookie choice at any time. Refusing optional cookies does not affect the website, trivia, or your FullTime account. The public site and web app store their choices separately, and each footer provides a cookie-choices control.
Account deletion
We retain account and service information while needed to operate your account and the competitions you participate in. Retention also depends on unresolved support or safety matters and applicable legal obligations; not every record has an automatic expiry.
You can request deletion in You → Settings → Delete account. This removes account contact details, sessions, memberships, messages, reactions, and notification tokens from active account records. Settled predictions remain linked to a residual internal identifier to preserve competition history. We do not describe those records as fully anonymous.
Deletion does not necessarily immediately remove every technical record, backup, or copy held by another member. Contact us if you need an explanation of retained information or want to exercise your deletion rights beyond the in-app process.
How long we keep it
We keep an unconfirmed waitlist address until it is confirmed or manually removed by FullTime. We schedule a confirmed waitlist record for deletion no later than 18 months after confirmation, unless you become an active FullTime user or we need a minimal record to honour a deletion or opt-out request. We also schedule trivia results for deletion no later than 18 months after completion. Trivia email consent expires after 18 months unless it is renewed. Unsubscribe records are retained only as needed to honour your choice and meet our operational obligations.
Your choices
Manage notification preferences in Settings and device permissions in your operating system. To request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction, or to delete a waitlist address or trivia result, email privacy@fulltime.gg. Every launch email will also include an unsubscribe option. Stopping trivia reminders does not remove your launch waitlist place; you can ask us to remove both.
You may also object to processing where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission or the relevant data-protection authority where you live.
Age policy
FullTime is limited to people aged 18 or older. Contact us if you believe someone under 18 is participating.
Changes to this notice
We will publish updates here and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate. Questions can be sent to contact@fulltime.gg.
