What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the version of this notice you accepted, and the time and source of your signup. We send a confirmation link to make sure the mailbox owner requested it.
Cloudflare processes short-lived technical information to protect the form from automated abuse. We do not intentionally keep your IP address or browser user-agent in the waitlist record.
How we use it
We use your email to confirm your place and tell you when FullTime becomes available. We do not sell your address or add it to unrelated marketing lists.
Where it is processed
Netlify delivers the public website. Cloudflare protects and processes waitlist submissions, which are stored in FullTime's Cloudflare D1 database. These providers process data on FullTime's instructions to deliver and secure the service.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics gives us anonymous traffic and performance measurements. We also offer optional Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and the waitlist journey. Google Analytics stays off unless you choose “Allow analytics,” and we never send your email address or confirmation token to either analytics service.
You can change your Google Analytics choice at any time. Refusing optional analytics does not affect the website or your waitlist place.
How long we keep it
We delete an unconfirmed address after 24 hours. We schedule a confirmed waitlist record for deletion no later than 18 months after confirmation, unless you become an active FullTime user or we need a minimal record to honour a deletion or opt-out request.
Your choices
To delete your waitlist address or ask a privacy question, email privacy@fulltime.gg. Every launch email will also include an unsubscribe option.
